Our Team

Brian Baughman is an Agricultural Mechanization and Soil Science graduate from Clemson University. He has experience as a soil/plant tissue analyst for Clemson Agriculture Services Laboratory, farm manager at Happy Berry Perennial Farm in Pickens County, and greenhouse production manager in Mills River, NC. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients' gardens for enhancements and maintenance.

Rachel Barkley is a Classics and Historic Preservation/Community Planning Honors graduate from the College of Charleston, where the city of Charleston served as her classroom. In 2014, a program in sustainable agriculture quickly changed her life focus from the built world to the beauty of outdoor spaces. She has apprenticed at Middleton Place Certified Organic Farm, managed the nursery and ornamental gardens at Boone Hall Plantation, and contributed twelve years to Charleston's hospitality industry. She leads our garden and flower design and customer/client relations.

Together as co-owners, they contribute over twenty years of knowledge to Gemini Farm and Gardens, and look forward to growing with you!
